Harvard Business Publishing is seeking a Senior Director, Finance and Business Performance to drive growth for the Higher Education unit. You will lead long-range planning, budgeting, and strategic decision support, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to align financial and strategic goals.

The role reports to the unit leadership and CFO, building data-driven processes, dashboards and models to improve profitability and resource optimization across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning, operations, BI, and analytics experience.
• Proficient with financial metrics and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Unit Head and CFO to ensure financial health of Higher Education.
• Lead long-range financial planning, revenue modeling, profitability forecasting, and growth alignment.
• Recommend budgets, strategic investments, and annual financial targets/KPIs.
• Lead financial modelling, strategic planning, goal-setting and performance management.
• Direct FP&A operations: budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting, variance analysis, board updates.
• Manage BI/Analytics using a team of analysts and external partners.
