Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
• Proficient in business mathematics and financial calculations.
• Strong communication with senior leadership.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and audits is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, projections, accounts receivable, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement departmental goals and standards.
• Direct and evaluate departmental operations including IT systems, service levels, and complaints.
• Plan staffing activities including hiring, orientation, evaluation, and education.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring targets are met.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.
• Foster a professional environment supporting staff development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
