Erskine Industrial Talent is conducting a confidential search for a hands-on Director of Finance to partner with the CEO and leadership team in Northern Indiana. This role shapes strategy, challenges assumptions, evaluates opportunities, and improves operational and financial performance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of finance leadership in manufacturing, strong cost-accounting, ERP and financial reporting experience, and a relevant degree (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the CEO on business strategy and key decisions.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Drive manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Evaluate capital investments, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Strengthen financial controls, processes, and business systems.
• Lead and develop the accounting and finance team.
• Turn financial and operating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
