Beacon Mobility Corp. is seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance team and advance financial initiatives for our mobility operations.

The role focuses on reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy of reports, maintaining budgets, and overseeing tax and audits while guiding accounting decisions. The ideal candidate has five years of progressive accounting/finance experience, a Bachelor's degree (an advanced degree is a plus), and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree is a bonus.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of transportation operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial planning and strategy.
• Review financial statements and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Oversee audit and tax functions.
• Develop and implement accounting policies.
• Prepare forecasts and comprehensive budgets.
• Train accounting staff and supervise team.
• Assess, manage, and minimize financial risk.
• Maintain internal controls.
