Job summary

Doyon, Limited is seeking a finance professional to lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management in a dynamic corporate finance environment. Under the Vice President of Finance and Tax, you will develop models, monitor debt covenants, analyze subsidiary performance, and guide strategic financial planning for the company and its affiliates.

This role requires a BA/BS in accounting or finance, at least six years of related experience, strong data skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least six years’ progressive experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting financial data.
• Demonstrated ability in compiling and working accurately with large quantities of data.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in accounting software, Windows based spreadsheets/word processing, ability to use various company software packages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the preparation of the financial models and pro-forma financial statements used in the corporate strategic planning and corporate development processes.
• Lead the effort to monitor, forecast, and manage company compliance with debt covenants; and, provide required information to lenders.
• Provide insight on and analysis of subsidiary financial performance.
• Lead the cash management function, anticipate borrowing needs and make short-term debt financing decisions.
• Work jointly with the COO in the subsidiaries’ development of their respective strategic plans/long range forecasts.
• Serves as the primary contact for short term lending, make necessary requests for short term debt funding.
• Ensure sufficient funds are available to cover operational and capital investment needs, advise senior management of liquidity needs and available funds for investment.
• Manage the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting efforts.
• Manage banking and commercial card programs.
• Supervise the preparation of long term financial and capital projections.
• Coordinate the efforts and schedule the workload of summer intern.
• Assist in due diligence efforts as needed.
