Job summary

CFS in Fort Myers, Florida, is seeking a Director of Finance to partner with the President and lead a growing $20M PE-backed division with executive-level visibility. This role demands ownership of financial reporting, forecasting, and process improvements across multiple entities and currencies.

You will manage month-end close, intercompany transactions, and budgeting while mentoring the finance team and ensuring strong internal controls, including NetSuite optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance and accounting in multi-entity, multi-location organization.
• Strong consolidations, intercompany accounting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership as strategic finance business partner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior finance partner to division leadership, providing insight on revenue, margins, operating expenses, and EBITDA performance.
• Own month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet integrity.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis across multiple entities and locations.
• Improve financial processes, reporting timelines, internal controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Support acquisition integration efforts and drive finance system optimization, including NetSuite.
• Develop and mentor the finance team while building accountability and high-performance standards.
