The role requires a strong background in non-profit or governmental fund accounting, GAAP, and Uniform Guidance, with CPA or relevant degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Non-profit or governmental fund accounting knowledge.
• GAAP knowledge and experience with federal Uniform Administrative Guidance.
• CPA or relevant degree with sector experience preferred.

• Oversee daily organizational accounting and cash management.
• Lead annual audit lifecycle and coordinate with external auditors.
• Monitor loan portfolio and establish accounting structures for new awards.
• Serve as liaison to banking partners and state financial systems.
• Mentor Finance Team and manage internal controls and payroll integration.
