Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related field is required.
• 7–10 years of progressive financial management experience.
• 5 years of municipal finance experience and knowledge of GASB/GAAP.
• Experience presenting financial information to governing boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership and boards.
• Lead long-range financial planning and multi-year forecasting.
• Direct annual budgeting, monitor performance, and present to boards.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, audit coordination, and compliance.
