Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the accounting team and oversee department operations.
• Help set long- and short-term financial goals and monitor progress.
• Analyze cash flow, capex, and collection strategies; advise accordingly.
• Manage aged receivables collections and timely billing processes.
• Provide regular financial reports and strategic insights to leadership.
• Maintain firm bank accounts with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasting, and expense management with directors.
• Review variances with Finance Committee and plan budgets for next year.
• Oversee insurance programs and renewals; liaise with CPA firm.
• Support HR in managing underperforming personnel and escalation steps.
• Analyze escrow needs and line of credit usage; ensure compliance.
