Linktree in Los Angeles is seeking a VP of Finance & Corporate Development to shape financial strategy and drive operational excellence. You will partner with the CEO/COO and lead a global finance team to enable disciplined investment and sustainable growth.

The role demands deep SaaS expertise, executive judgment, and hands-on execution in a fast‑growing environment. You will own planning, reporting, and strategic diligence while scaling systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience in high-growth SaaS, consumer internet, or tech companies.
• Deep fluency in subscription business models and B2C SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC/LTV, retention).
• Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing finance team and cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience with corporate development, financial diligence, valuation modeling, and deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting across the business.
• Oversee accounting, controllership, tax, treasury, payroll, and AR/AP, driving accuracy and efficiency.
• Own liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and capital management for growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
