Summit Drilling, LLC seeks an experienced Controller to lead accounting across a multi-entity organization with operations in the Eastern United States. You will oversee financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls while partnering with senior leadership.

The role emphasizes scalable processes, systems optimization (including ERP), and integration of acquisitions to support growth and operational excellence across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all accounting functions across multiple entities: AP, AR, billing, GL, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely reconciliations and accurate results.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting packages; ensure strong internal controls.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting with operational and regional leaders.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights on variances; manage 13-week cash flow forecasting.
• Lead financial integration of acquisitions and standardize policies across entities.
