Job summary

KX Technologies LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Controller to lead the finance function on site. You will direct monthly and annual financial statements, manage budgeting, and drive data-driven decision making while maintaining strong internal controls. Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams is essential.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in manufacturing finance, GAAP mastery, and excellent communication skills. CPA preferred; travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control within manufacturing.
• Experience with automated financial/reporting systems; Epicor and OneStream are a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; travel occasional.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reconciliations per GAAP.
• Oversee AR, deductions and AP processes to optimize cash flow.
• Partner with VP of Finance to lead annual budget and quarterly forecasts across departments.
• Provide variance analyses and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Manage capital investments, AFEs, cost accounting and inventory management.
• Ensure SOX, FCPA compliance and audit readiness; support internal/external audits.
• Coach and develop the accounting team to uphold a high-performance culture.
