Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced finance leader to own the US financial operations and drive the strategic direction of the Division. You will oversee P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, guide leaders on the financial impact of their decisions, and ensure data integrity for senior management with well‑founded, data-driven recommendations.

The role emphasizes building high‑performing teams, coaching talent, and delivering accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
CMA or CPA certification is a plus.
6+ years of experience in an accounting function.
Working knowledge of P&L and Balance Sheet reporting.
Ability to assess financial data and prepare analyses and forecasts.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

Report to the Division Controller and contribute to the Division's strategic direction.
Help leaders understand how their choices impact financials.
Set high performance standards for self and team.
Meet or exceed expectations and foster ownership and accountability.
Delegate and follow up effectively.
Understand all business functions and drivers of results.
Demonstrate strategic insight and anticipate trends.
Ensure data integrity for management reporting.
Present well‑rounded recommendations to inform business decisions.
Coach and develop others using the ITW toolbox and 80/20 principles.
Identify and communicate key business drivers and train others.
Finalize corporate monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions.
Support Sales/Marketing with pricing and negotiations.
Own full US Financials; review and approve monthly closes and reconciliations.
Lead ITW Toolbox initiatives and ad hoc analyses.
