Andritz is seeking a seasoned Business Controller to guide financial strategy and performance across US and Canadian divisions. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while supervising the controlling team to drive continuous improvement and strong governance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior financial roles, is proficient with SAP, and can collaborate across global and local stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 10+ years in mid to senior financial or accounting roles, ideally in a large international corporation.
• Demonstrated supervisory capabilities.
• Strong financial analysis and corporate reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with OLAP tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis and modeling for strategic decisions.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, controlling, and reporting.
• Manage working capital and improve financial performance.
• Prepare monthly/yearly reporting for US and Canadian divisions.
