Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Experience as Controller or senior finance leader, ideally in service industries.
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide insight.
• Proficient in financial management software and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven leadership with a record of building and developing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances and advise on profitability and risk.
• Prepare and present financial statements and analysis to the executive team.
• Act as finance partner for new initiatives, evaluating financial implications.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and accuracy.
• Oversee annual audit processes with external auditors.
• Manage relationships with banks, insurers, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the finance team; drive system/process improvements.
