Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years progressive general-accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge required; ERP experience a plus (JD Edwards).
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to lead, develop, and manage cross-functional accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial-control activities for the service center.
• Partner with GM and leaders on financial planning and performance improvements.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and inventory controls.
• Provide financial reporting, variance analysis, and labor evaluations.
• Establish internal controls for inventory, purchasing, and labor reporting.
• Coordinate monthly financial statements, rolling forecasts, and annual plans.
• Manage month-end and year-end close and reconciliations.
• Oversee billing, collections, and cash management.
