Job summary

Confidential Jobs seeks a Controller to support the Director of Finance and General Manager in managing the facility's financial affairs and preparing analyses that drive daily business decisions and periodic audits to mitigate financial risk and ensure reporting accuracy.

The role covers monthly P&L, budgets, forecasts, customer accounting, internal controls, inventory reporting, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability across the food production operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related major field of study.
• Three to five years finance experience with at least one year in financial management.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO, MM and Hyperion Essbase a plus.
• CPA/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly P&L, customer profitability reports, budgets and interim forecasts.
• Responsible for complete and accurate customer accounting and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain effective internal audit process to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and ensure robust inventory process and reporting.
• Identify cost and revenue opportunities to support financial goals.
• Drive financial accountability across functions in the facility.
