Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements internal accounting procedures and controls.
• Oversees payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepares monthly financial statements and ad-hoc analyses (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Coordinates vendor setups, tax planning, and compliance.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Interfaces with banks, lenders, CPA, and auditors; assists with year-end audits.
• Maintains accuracy and integrity of payroll data and HR admin support.
