Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Ability to lead Finance and Accounting teams across locations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting function, financial reporting and controls.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes with timely statements.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning in partnership with leadership.
• Oversee cash management, working capital and inventory controls.
• Drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy across locations.
