Worthington Steel is seeking a Senior Finance & Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. You will analyze compensation programs, build financial models, and provide data-driven insights to shape competitive strategies across the organization.

Collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders, you will influence executive compensation and support reporting to leadership while driving continuous improvements in our compensation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial models.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP/HRIS platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation programs and market data to inform decisions.
• Build financial models and perform complex analyses.
• Lead annual market pricing, salary structure reviews, and merit planning.
• Support design and improvement of compensation and incentive programs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and leaders to solve challenges with data.
• Prepare executive compensation analyses for the Compensation Committee.
• Evaluate positions for market alignment and internal equity.
• Monitor compensation trends and regulatory changes.
• Develop tools and training to promote consistent practices.
• Lead special projects to improve Total Rewards processes.
