Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis or commercial project management, preferably in energy or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in SAP (Billing and Project modules), Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, cost control, and budgeting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with risk assessment and compliance frameworks (SOX, export control).

Responsibilities

• Interface finance and commercial teams with a fast-paced service organization.
• Manage a high volume of service cases/projects from order acceptance through revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Support cost controlling activities for various Controls projects within budget targets.
• Set up financial projects including WBS, performance planning, and SAP configuration.
• Monitor revenue recognition metrics: actual vs. planned, completion degree, and cost to complete.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and deviation analysis across the service lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure scope alignment, quality, and financial goals.
• Evaluate commercial risks including tax implications and export regulations.
• Oversee invoicing, cash flow, and accounts receivable to maintain healthy finances.
• Support change management and claim processes to optimize profitability.
