Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Asset Management businesses or product areas.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify key issues, and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business intelligence/visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Proven track record of delivering projects, complex products, and/or new business initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and re-prioritize quickly.
• Forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, communication, and business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business groups across functions to execute key priorities and define business needs.
• Analyze data, processes, and team organization to identify weaknesses, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Document requirements for improvement and provide tactical support to the team.
• Facilitate and maintain relationships between the business and external vendors.
• Support client onboarding, procedure updates, presentations, and development of visualization dashboards.
• Provide reporting for senior management and support audit, risk, legal, compliance, and control management.
• Assist technology and operations teams to implement key initiatives and address day-to-day issues.
