The University of North Carolina System is seeking a Financial Analyst to support tuition and fee setting, all-funds budget processes, and system-wide financial reporting in the Financial Planning and Analysis Division. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and ad-hoc projects.

This hybrid position requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and strong Excel/financial systems skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or related discipline; or equivalent combination.
• Must have working knowledge of Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile complex financial data across systems.
• Experience with financial data tools and dashboards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the annual tuition and fee setting process with campus submissions and reviews.
• Assist all-funds budget process including data collection and analysis.
• Support ad-hoc reporting needs using Finance Data Mart (FDM).
• Explore dashboards/reports and assist system budget priority analyses.
• Collaborate across campus and system offices to provide data-based guidance.
