Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or related finance discipline.
• Detail-oriented and self-sufficient, able to work through ambiguity while managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support capital raises, including preparation of investor materials and data room management.
• Manage modeling and diligence workstreams across M&A opportunities.
• Review project-level models and refine underwriting criteria.
• Prepare presentations and analysis for senior leadership.
