COMPENSATION: $120-140k + bonus

Overview

We are currently partnered with a travel services firm that is in search of a Strategic Finance Associate. This individual will be a key addition to the company's finance team as they are joining a small, high impact and highly collaborative group. The ideal candidate must be able to efficiently work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Monthly financial reporting
• Developing and maintaining financial models (including long range)
• Informed and data driven decision making for a variety of scenarios
• Variance Analysis
• Identifying trends and opportunities
• Preparing presentations for C-suite and stakeholders about financial results/strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-7 YOE in FP&A, corporate finance or investment banking
• Ability to break down and articulate complex data
• Expert in Excel and/or financial database and data visualization applications
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
