Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic finance, FP&A or related analytical role.
• Experience in alternative asset management or sophisticated financial services preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Proven ability to support senior leadership with complex analysis and decision-making.
• Experience automating financial models or reporting is a plus.

We're working with a leading alternative investment firm in NYC looking to add a Senior Manager to its Strategic Finance team.

This is a highly analytical role partnering with senior leadership across the business on financial planning, modeling and strategic business support. The position goes beyond traditional FP&A, with significant exposure to ad hoc analysis, scenario planning and broader initiatives that help drive financial and operational decisions across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and modeling to support senior leadership and key business decisions.
• Develop forecasts, scenario analysis and longer-term financial plans across revenue, expenses and other key business drivers.

• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership with complex financial analysis and decision-making.
• Experience improving or automating financial models, reporting, or analytical processes is a plus.
