Airbnb is seeking a Principal in Strategic Finance & Analytics to partner with Finance, Product, and Analytics leaders across Luxe, Monthly Stays, and Airbnb for Business. You will own investment decisions, build incubation business cases, and lead performance management to scale emerging ventures.

You will develop the economics of these businesses, size opportunities, model returns, and communicate insights to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance/analytics.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to size opportunities and articulate ROI.
• Excellent modeling and financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced SQL and data synthesis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build business cases for incubation businesses; size the opportunity, model returns, and frame tradeoffs for leadership decisions.
• Own end-to-end performance management including forecasting, OKRs, and executive reporting.
• Develop and manage full funnel analytics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across demand and supply.
• Establish and test unit economics to determine scalability and profitability at scale.
• Advise on capital allocation across incubation units and present recommendations to leadership.
