Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC in New York City partners with a growing global specialty insurance organization to hire a high-visibility Finance Director. The role reports directly to the CFO and offers exposure to the U.S. CEO and global leadership.

You will work across MGA/program finance, reinsurance, FP&A, budgeting and executive reporting, with a pathway to broaden responsibilities internationally and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Big 4 insurance audit Manager/Senior Manager OR insurance/reinsurance industry finance experience.
• P&C and/or Life Insurance exposure.
• FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and/or profitability analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive personality who can operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and existing programs across profitability, collateral, liquidity, reinsurance structures and financial risk.
• Help build out budgeting, forecasting, analytics and executive reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with the CFO, CEO and global leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives.
• Support financial planning and analysis in a dynamic growth environment.
