Based in a hybrid setup with offices in New York, Baltimore, Short Hills, or Reston, you will leverage Excel, Power BI, and Copilot to deliver insightful reports and strategic recommendations, requiring 2+ years in Finance or HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or HR Analytics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI with advanced financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining workforce models across practice groups and business lines.
• Contribute to ROI, margin, and capacity analytics for stakeholders.
• Support multi-year forecasts and scenario modeling for FP&A.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports using Power BI and Copilot.
