Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, including building complex models and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Motional’s long-range financial models to support strategic decisions and capital allocation.
• Collaborate with Operations to refine revenue forecasting and operating assumptions.
• Extract strategic insights through quantitative data analysis, unit economics, and benchmarking.
• Partner with stakeholders across Corporate Strategy, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations on cross-functional projects.
• Prepare slides and present findings to Motional leadership.
