Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Up to three years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, principal investing, or portfolio/asset management.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to interpret numbers.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with large data sets.
• Argus Enterprise experience is a plus, not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support portfolio-level strategy and capital allocation decisions for North American logistics platform.
• Partner with capital markets on financing activity and liquidity planning.
• Provide transaction-adjacent support on acquisitions and dispositions.
• Build and interpret financial models and translate outputs into recommendations.
• Lead preparation of annual business plan and quarterly reforecasts; stress-test assumptions.
• Prepare analyses for monthly reviews and executive/investor communications.
• Review and consolidate investment valuations; flag items for senior leadership.
• Take on ad hoc analyses and special projects under time pressure.
