BGRE, Brookfield's Global Real Estate arm, seeks an Analyst in Los Angeles to support asset management through lease analyses, valuations, and cash flow forecasting. You will work with underwriting, market research, and development teams to drive portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.
The role emphasizes financial modelling, budgeting, and collaboration with Asset Managers across Brookfield’s U.S. logistics portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- Argus experience; VTS a plus.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and analytical ability.
Responsibilities
- Participate in leasing process and analyze potential leases and financial impact.
- Analyze third-party appraisals and conduct internal valuations.
- Perform quarterly financial statement analysis, rent roll review, and cash flow forecasting.
- Use Argus models and Excel-based underwriting for pro‑formas and cash flows.
- Assist Asset Managers in developing annual operating budgets and forecasting.
- Support Fund Operations, Investments and Development teams with analysis.
