As part of the Strategic Finance team, our Financial Analysts serve as trusted finance partners, providing guidance, building budgets, forecasts, conducting analyses, and supporting cost-saving initiatives to create a sustainable health care system.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Cambia:
Strategic Finance Analyst typically requires a bachelor's in business, accounting, economics, or statistics, with CPA, CMA, MBA, or ASA preferred, along with 5-7 years of experience or equivalent. Senior requires similar qualifications with 7-9 years of experience.

Compensation

The salary range for Analysts is $83,300 - $111,600 with a 10% bonus target; for Senior Analysts, $100,300 - $135,700 with a 15% bonus target. Full salary ranges are also provided.
