What You Bring to Cambia

Qualifications

Strategic Finance Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or statistics. CPA, CMA, MBA or ASA, along with health insurance experience, preferred, plus 5-7 years of experience or equivalent.

Strategic Finance Analyst Senior typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or statistics. CPA, CMA, MBA or ASA, along with health insurance experience, preferred, plus 7-9 years of experience or equivalent.

What You Will Do at Cambia

This role involves traditional financial planning and analysis, supporting the Clinical Services division, and acting as the FP&A consolidator for forecasting and budgeting. It also involves supporting our Cost Stewardship program, particularly the Payment Integrity team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective presentations.
• Develop financial models and analysis using advanced techniques.
• Plan, organize, and monitor work streams.
• Provide training and consulting.
• Identify and articulate issues with cross-functional impacts.

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based work.

The hiring range for a Strategic Finance Analyst is $83,300 - $111,600, with a full salary range of $78,000 - $128,000. The bonus target is 10%.

The hiring range for a Sr is $100,300 - $135,700, with a full salary range of $94,000 - $154,000. The bonus target is 15%.
