As a member of the Strategic Finance team, our Financial Analysts serve as trusted finance business partners, providing financial guidance, building budgets and forecasts, conducting variance analysis, and supporting new business opportunities, proposals, contracts, or product development. They also support cost savings and process improvement efforts, ensuring financial governance and oversight to help create an economically sustainable health care system.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Cambia:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or statistics.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or ASA certifications preferred.
• Health insurance experience is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience for Analyst; 7-9 years for Senior, or equivalent education and experience.

What You Will Do at Cambia

This role involves traditional financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business case development, and ad hoc analysis, supporting the Clinical Services subdivision and acting as an FP&A consolidator for forecasting and budgeting within the Health Care Services division. It also involves supporting the Cost Stewardship program, particularly the Payment Integrity team, to drive claims savings initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective presentations to groups or teams.
• Develop financial models and analyses using advanced techniques and systems.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor multiple work streams.
• Provide training and consulting to other departments and external stakeholders.
• Identify and articulate issues with multi-business or cross-functional impacts, providing informal leadership when needed.

Work Environment

• No unusual working conditions.
• Primarily performed in an office environment.

The salary range for a Strategic Finance Analyst is $83,300 - $111,600 with a 10% bonus target, and for a Senior Analyst, $100,300 - $135,700 with a 15% bonus target. Full salary ranges are also provided.
