Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst in Nashville to partner with senior leadership on financial analyses, modeling, and strategic initiatives. The role owns analyses from question to recommendation and covers acquisitions, affiliations, payer and value-based care opportunities across the enterprise.

You will prepare concise executive materials, support cross-functional diligence, and help drive growth initiatives while maintaining forecasting and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related analytical field.
• 2–4 years of investment banking, private equity, corporate development, strategic finance, or comparable experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including operating cases, sensitivity analysis, return analysis, and assumption documentation.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce accurate analysis and concise executive materials.
• Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple live workstreams with limited oversight.
• Healthcare services, physician practice, payer economics, or value-based care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently own financial and strategic analyses from initial question through a clear recommendation.
• Build models for acquisitions, affiliations, payer and value-based care arrangements, provider compensation, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Create and maintain market deep dives and analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Lead analytical diligence, coordinate data requests and cross-functional inputs, and identify missing information.
• Prepare executive materials connecting strategy, economics, risks, and decisions.
• Support transaction and contract structuring by quantifying tradeoffs and translating terms into financial impact.
• Project-manage priority growth initiatives across multiple functions and maintain pipeline forecasts.
• Track initiatives through closing, onboarding, integration, and activation; explain variances and action steps.
