Provider-Centered. Patient-Focused. Built for What Healthcare Should Be.

At Bookmark Medical, we are building a healthcare experience rooted in trust, teamwork, compassion, and continuous progress. We believe the best care happens when providers and care teams have the support, technology, and resources they need to focus on what matters most—patients.

Our mission is simple: improve lives through high-quality continuous care. Through connected care teams, innovative tools, and collaborative culture, we are creating a healthcare experience where patients are known, supported, and never have to start over.

Whether you are caring directly for patients, supporting operations, or helping grow our organization, you will join a team that values your expertise, encourages your growth, and empowers you to make a meaningful impact every day.

If you are looking for more than just a job, if you are looking for a purpose-driven career where your work truly matters, we would love to meet you.

The Strategic Finance Analystis a high-leverage extension of the Vice President and Growth and Development leadership team. The role independently owns analytical and execution workstreams that would otherwise sit with senior leadership, from defining the question and building the analysis through recommendation, executive decision, and follow-through. The analyst supports acquisitions, affiliations, payer and value-based care opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market development across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently own financial and strategic analyses from initial question through a clear recommendation, anticipating senior leadership's questions before review.
  • Build models for acquisitions, affiliations, payer and value-based care arrangements, provider compensation, strategic partnerships, and market-specific growth initiatives.
  • Create and maintain market deep dives and analyses that support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead analytical diligence, coordinate data requests and cross-functional inputs, identify missing information, and maintain a clear view of risks, open decisions, and next steps.
  • Prepare concise executive, sponsor, and board materials that connect strategy, operating requirements, economics, risks, and the requested decision.
  • Support transaction and contract structuring by quantifying tradeoffs, testing alternatives, and translating legal or commercial terms into financial impact.
  • Project-manage priority growth initiatives across Finance, Legal, Managed Care, Clinical, Analytics, Operations, and Technology, driving work to resolution without waiting for detailed direction.
  • Maintain enterprise pipeline and forecast reporting, including stage, probability, timing, providers and lives, investment requirements, and expected financial contribution.
  • Track initiatives through closing, onboarding, integration, and activation. Compare results with the approved case, explain variances, and recommend corrective action.
Performance measures
  • Underwriting accuracy, model reconciliation, traceable assumptions, and sound recommendations.
  • Speed, completeness, and independence of executive decision support.
  • Early identification of material economic, operating, timing, and data risks.
  • Reliable pipeline reporting and value-realization tracking.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related analytical field.
  • Two to four years of investment banking, private equity, corporate development, strategic finance, transaction advisory, consulting, or comparable experience.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including operating cases, sensitivity analysis, return analysis, and assumption documentation.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce accurate analysis and concise executive materials.
  • Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple live workstreams with limited oversight.
  • Healthcare services, physician practice, payer economics, or value-based care experience strongly preferred.
Key relationships and scope

The analyst owns the quality, timeliness, and completeness of the work product and is expected to operate as a trusted right hand to senior leadership.
