Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role experience.
• 3+ years of applying KPIs to analyses.
• 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance tools and processes.
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Global Promotions team to develop ROI models, evaluate offers, and craft financial analyses for promotions.
• Proactively dive deep to ensure reporting accuracy, audit financial data, identify root causes of discrepancies, and implement solutions.
• Enhance financial controllership through reporting and process improvements, leading projects with measurable results.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify strategic opportunities for optimization and influence leadership decisions.
