Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, consulting or FP&A.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience presenting to executives and building dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly financial reporting process with variance analysis and executive summaries.
• Lead quarterly forecasting and assist in annual budget development.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and long-term strategy.
• Review studio-level P&L and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop KPI tracking dashboards to support cross-functional decision making.
