Based at the Headquarters, you will own monthly reporting, build financial models, and deliver clear insights to drive across-function decisions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in FP&A or related roles, a degree in accounting/finance/economics, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to present to executives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to present complex data to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and executive summaries.
• Contribute to quarterly forecasting and annual budget development.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and long-term strategic planning.
• Review studio-level P&L performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop KPI tracking frameworks and dashboards for cross-functional decision-making.
• Partner with Analytics, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, and Executives on ad hoc projects.
