Job summary

CIC Cambridge, located in Kendall Square, is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to build the financial models behind major expansion decisions and provide business support across the organization. You will work closely with the Business Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, and the executive team to turn data into actionable recommendations for new campuses and product lines.

You will develop and maintain models, test assumptions, and communicate sensitivities to guide management.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong proficiency with Excel.
• Real estate experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for expansion projects (eg: new innovation campuses and product lines).
• Own financial modeling for expansion opportunities: define inputs, test assumptions, and communicate sensitivities.
• Develop understanding of every assumption in CIC's financial models and how inputs affect outputs.
• Execute analyses for key decisions by developing work plans, gathering data, building models and final recommendations.
• Integrate model outputs into decision-ready project recommendations with the Senior Project Manager.
