Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Finance Decision Support professional in the United States to own the full P&L for InterAction, the Legal CRM with LexisNexis content.

You will act as a trusted finance business partner to product, commercial and operational leaders, shaping budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis while driving data-led insights and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced business degree desirable.
• 3+ years in finance, FP&A, decision support or commercial finance in a large matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of sales performance, revenue drivers, P&L metrics, forecasting and management reporting.
• Experience with Hyperion and Oracle Fusion; familiarity with AI-enabled tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with business strategy.
• Provide monthly performance analysis of revenue, cost, margin and pipeline.
• Partner with product, sales, marketing and operations to support financial targets.
• Identify risks and opportunities; communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop and maintain models, dashboards and reporting tools for timely decision making.
• Use AI/automation to streamline finance processes and enhance analysis.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
