Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled automation within Commercial and Corporate Finance. This hands-on role focuses on coding, building integrations, and embedding AI into finance workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.

You will deliver production-ready solutions, automate monthly reporting and forecasting, and develop robust data pipelines and API-based integrations to connect finance systems with AI

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, SQL or similar languages.
• Experience building automation scripts or data pipelines.
• Experience working with APIs and structured data (JSON/REST).
• Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions.
• Finance experience in FP&A or related environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to debug and support production automation solutions.
• Experience embedding AI into operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation for FP&A workflows.
• Write and maintain code to automate monthly reporting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Build data pipelines to extract, transform, and load finance data.
• Develop API integrations to connect finance systems and AI services.
• Prototype solutions and move to production with proper controls.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance existing automation and reporting.
