Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel; experience with SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance regulations.

Responsibilities

• R&D pulse and financial reporting: analyze R&D project financials, manage costs, and provide estimates.
• Formal planning cycles & monthly closing: assist with closes, forecasts, AOP, STRAP, and variances.
• Global HQ CFO support: analyze investments and drive productivity initiatives with HQ leadership.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide decisions.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
