Qualifications

• Progressive finance experience with FP&A, commercial finance, or transformation.
• Experience applying data science and AI techniques to finance insights.
• Strong forecasting, margin, and pricing analysis experience.
• Familiarity with OneStream, SAP S/4HANA, EDW concepts, and GDM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with vertical sales leaders to track and analyze sales growth against targets.
• Own the build and maintenance of commercial performance metrics, including pricing realization and margin impact.
• Develop net price waterfall analyses to isolate price, volume, mix, and cost inflation effects on margins.
• Model tariff exposure across the supply chain with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk.
• Lead annual STRAP planning cycles with growth models and scenario analysis.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports to provide leadership real-time visibility into growth and margin.
• Lead wind-down financial analysis for the licensing business line and assess TSA-related exposures.
• Support finance systems transformation across EDW, OneStream, SAP S/4HANA, and EPM tools.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to improve forecasting accuracy and automate narratives.
