Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the UTR Execution team within Rural/Super Rural operations. You will influence cost opportunities across 130+ delivery stations, partner with operations and finance, and drive improvements in cost and efficiency while supporting month-end close and reporting processes.

The role requires strong data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking to write playbooks in a rapidly expanding internal delivery network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related analytical field
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 3+ years in finance or related analytical field experience
• 3+ years dissecting financial data to support business strategy
• 3+ years cross-functional initiatives driving financial performance

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with business partners to influence decisions
• Analyze quantitative data to lead business improvement and cost reductions
• Recommend and implement policies that improve profitability and competitiveness
• Engage with on-the-floor teams to foster customer-focused improvements
• Lead weekly and monthly close, planning, forecasting, and reporting models
• Ensure timely, accurate metrics and forecasts for operations and partners
