Job summary

Hermeus is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to join the growing finance team in a hybrid role. You will own financial models for products and business lines, translate manufacturing and supply chain data into actionable metrics, and support long-range planning across functions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in corporate finance or FP&A, strong Excel skills, and a passion for aerospace and defense within a fast-paced hardware startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in corporate finance or FP&A, consulting, or related finance roles.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial models for products and lines.
• Develop FP&A frameworks for manufacturing, supply chain, facilities.
• Perform rapid analyses to support strategic decisions on timelines.
• Create transparency into manufacturing costs with FP&A, identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Maintain competitive landscape databases and target screening.
• Support investor relations materials for execs and boards.
• Partner with Advanced Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Growth teams.
