Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, and systems background.
• Experience with enterprise performance management tools (OneStream or similar).
• Strong Excel skills and data handling capabilities.
• Interest in learning compensation structures and processes.
• Understanding of finance/accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Monthly compensation expense reporting, consolidation and analysis, including preparation of materials and insights for Senior Leadership.
• Operational support for the annual budgeting process.
• Ad hoc analyses and projects related to compensation forecasting.
• Business process mapping and process improvements.
• Troubleshoots and implements solutions working across technology platforms within Human Capital and Finance including Adaptive, OneStream, PeopleSoft, Workday, and any other future technologies.
• Liaise with Human Capital, Corporate Technology and broad Finance on various finance application projects.
