Apollo Global Management is seeking an Associate in New York for Compensation Forecasting & Budgeting. You will partner with Finance, Human Capital and Compensation teams to forecast compensation expenses and support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and ad hoc analyses, driving accuracy and process improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in data analysis, financial reporting, and ERP system experience, with strong Excel skills and a curiosity for compensation design and accounting

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting and systems background.
• Adaptive/OneStream or similar enterprise performance management administration and report creation.
• Strong experience in data handling, reporting and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Monthly compensation expense reporting, consolidation and analysis for Senior Leadership.
• Operational support for the annual budgeting process.
• Ad hoc analyses and projects related to compensation forecasting.
• Business process mapping and process improvements across finance platforms.
• Troubleshoots and implements solutions across technology platforms (Adaptive, OneStream, PeopleSoft, Workday).
