Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking an experienced finance professional for the Finance & Accounting function in Phoenix, AZ. The role covers cost accounting, business support, FP&A, tax, audit, and centralized transactions.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 3+ years in accounting/analysis, CPA preferred, and advanced Excel. You will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision making in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required, or equivalent.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum three years related experience in accounting/financial analysis.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP; able to prepare accurate financial reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements and provides FP&A products, programs, projects, processes and policies.
• Forecasts, analyzes, and evaluates financial plans and budgets; develops recommendations.
• Prepares and distributes analytical and performance tracking reports for sales and ops.
• Builds process improvements to track key operating metrics and planning tools.
• Creates financial models to support P&L forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Interfaces with business, finance, sales, accounting partners and IT to ensure data quality.
• Supports budgeting process including templates and presentation materials.
